通訳ガイド(通訳案内士)2次試験レポート

（１）試験会場到着から試験室入室までの手順
15:20、受付開始すると案内あり。受付階に移動。
受付の時に、予め受験生ごとに決められていた番号札を渡され、全体待合室にて待つ。
１から１１列まであり、一つの列に大体７人位の様だったので、全体で７７０人ぐらいいたと思う.
＊携帯電話、電子機器類は、解散まで使用不可。使用した段階で、失格とすると黒板に案内あり。
書籍はＯＫ，飲料もＯＫ．
１６：００から、注意事項の説明が始まり、その後１０分ほどで、４人ずつで、各受験室に移動。
＊ここでも、書籍はＯＫ，飲料もＯＫ。
１６：２０、１番の人が、受験室のある廊下に待機の為、移動。
１６：３０、私は２番だったので、次。受験室前の廊下に移動。耳を凝らしたが、何も聞こえず、口の運動をして、待つ。
１６：４０、一番の人が退出。中では、話し合っている様で、まだ、入室とならず。
１６；４５、日本人試験官に「入室してください。」と呼ばれ、入室。
（日本人試験官はにこにこだったが、外国人試験官は、最終時間で疲れているのか、ちょっと怖い顔で、
ビビりました。）
(2) 試験官の性別、推定年齢、（外国人面接官はアクセントから判断して）国籍
外国人：40-50代くらいの男性（アメリカ人：発音はネイティブ、声も大きく聞き取りやすかった。最初、笑顔なし、真剣なまなざしだった。だんだん、和やかに笑う様に。）
日本人：40-50代のすらっとした男性。快活で優しく、大学教授風。お話の仕方も、まるで模擬面接受けている感じでした。）
(3) 自己紹介等のウオーミングアップのやり取り
N : Please tell me your name & Birthday.
A：I am ....., I was born in ..........
N: Today, where you came from ?
A：I came from ......., .....prefecture.

日本人は、桜が大好きです。春になって、暖かくなってくると、桜の花は、一斉に咲きます。咲いているのは、一週間ぐらいで、その後、一瞬の間に散ってしまうのですが、その潔さが日本人の「武士道」の精神に通じています。

I would like to talk about blood types.
The Japanese are interested in blood types.
When I was living in the overseas, I frequently asked the blood types to my local friend.
The most of them answer me that,' I do not know my blood type, and why do you want to know?
The most of Japanese find out their blood type in the time of primary school.
Many people in Japan think that you can tell a lot about a person by their blood types.
There are many shows on Manages, News Paper, TV that talk about this.
Japanese believe that different blood types have different personalities and talents. And also use it as a method of fortune telling.
It is said, its common blood personality and talent are
Type A people are honest and discipline.
Type B’s are my pace and stubborn.
Type O’s are humble and leadership role,
Type AB’s are unique and it's sometimes hard to for them to make difficult decisions.
For example, my blood type is B, I would like to do things my own way, and may be stubborn.
But my stubborn character (「２分経過したので、やめて下さい。」）push me to study hard to become a professional tourist guide. That's all, thank you very much.

A： Type B people are my pace.(和製英語と気が付いたので）..doing things their own way, and stubborn but very hard worker ! ..............
N: .Okay, when Japanese find .out their blood types?.............................
A When a student enter a primary school, they have a blood type test for a emergency accident.
N: Are there any other things can tell the fortune telling?
A: There are an astrologer and a reading hand.
N: Okay, Why they want to find out the personality?
A: By finding their personality, using it for being close friend. When I was a teenager, I tried to find out a boy's blood type and made a strategy to be close to him. (両試験官共に、がははと笑う！！）
N: Are there any other things to find out the personality?
A：I could not get you, would you tell me again ?
N: I mean any other methods to find out the personality?
A: We use the twelve signs of zodiac, originally it came from China.
N: What is next year?
A: Next year will be a year of monkey. My mother bought a monkey's ornament for the decoration of the living room for a good luck charm last week.
N: What was this year?
A: This Year was a year of sheep.
J:それでは、４分経過したので、これで終わりになります。

J には、「有難うございました。」 N には、「Thank you very much for the nterview !」とお辞儀をして、退出。お二人とも、微笑んでいて、ほっとした。時計をみたら１６：５５。１０分しかたっていないことに驚き、もっと、長かった様に思えたので。
その後、隣の部屋の人を待って、２人で、全体待合室（また、別部屋）に移動させられ、試験内容をノートに書きとっているうちに、
１８：００ごろ、全員終了となり、解散。
(13) 全体を通しての感想など
この度は、「通訳ガイド２次試験対策セミナー」、「通訳ガイド２時面接試験＜過去問＞解説セミナーをＤＶＤにて、また、「２次模擬面接クラス・日本人講師」を受講させて頂きました。
「通訳ガイド」の「通訳」は、「通訳者」の「通訳」とは違う、とのアドバイスは、目から鱗でしたが、とっても、気が楽になり、また、８０％を目指せばよい、とのことで、のんびりしてしまっておりました。しかし、度胸試しで受けた、試験１週間前の模擬面接の結果はさんざんで、真っ青になりました。曽根ＣＥＯから毎日２０文の逐次通訳をするように課題を頂き、残りの１週間、一日１００文ぐらい、母に読みを協力してもらい、毎日毎日、逐次通訳の練習をしていました。プレゼンについては、出そうな課題について、てのひらサイズのカードの表裏に、アドバイス頂いた２００ワード以内で、英文で書き込みをしていきました。課題は外れましたが、２００ワード・２分間という感覚がついたと思います。模擬面接は、本番よりもかなり、あがってしまったので、本番は落ち着いて望めました（笑）。
試験官のお二人については、面接のプロフェッショナルな感じで、真剣にこちらのお話を聞いて下さる様子が非常に好意的でした。
曽根ＣＥＯから、スマイル、女優になったつもりで、身振り・手振りを入れて、メモは持たないようにとのアドバイスを頂いてなかったらきっと、地味なプレゼンになっていたと思います。また、ほとんどの方が黒・紺のスーツで、女性も同じく黒・紺姿だったので、驚きました。
女性は明るい色のスーツで行くようにとのアドバイス通り、明るいブラウンのスーツで臨みましたが、試験官への印象はともかく、自分の気分も明るくなり、とっても良かったと思います。また、曽根ＣＥＯの励ましのメールは、とっても励みになりました。
